Film extrusion lines pull raw PP and PE resin into sheet, which feeds our thermoforming and injection stations to become trays, crates, cages and drawers, then moves straight to finishing, printing and packing without leaving the building. Keeping molding, extrusion and assembly under one roof is what lets us hold tight tolerances across a 150+ model catalog, quote realistic lead times, and absorb custom drawer counts, colors or gauges without waiting on a subcontractor. Our in-house tooling shop cuts and modifies molds on site, so a new drawer size, color change or wall-thickness adjustment can move from drawing to first-shot sample in days, not months, and every batch is checked against spec before it leaves the floor, so nothing ships on a promise.
